Waimānalo Canoe Club is excited to announce our Winter Season 2023-2024! Mahalo for your interest and inquiry. We are excited to introduce two new programs to better serve our members,

NANEAIKAHOLOKAI-

Naneaikaholokai’s purpose is to foster the learning & growth, education and familiarity of ocean safety and sports so that participants can be comfortable, confident and competent in the ocean.

Practice Days & Times: Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 4-6p; Saturdays TBA

Where: Kaiona or Kapua ( Canoe Halau)

Nā ʻŌpio Races: Saturday 12p-4p as of January 

Where: Keʻehi Lagoon

NIAUAHEKEKIA Select Team-

Niauahekekia is working to build a rich pool of the world’s best watermen and women with a steady presence in the winning circles of the HCRA, OHCRA and World Championship events. This program provides a high performance environment

Practice Days & Times: M-F, Sat, (TBA)

Where: Kaiona or Kapua ( canoe Halau)

Races: TBA (KIRA & PA’A HAWAII)

We plan to participate in 3 different paddling association this Winter: 

Nā ʻŌpio Racing Association (NOCRA),

Kanaka Ikaika Racing Association (KIRA) and 

Paddle Athletes Association (PAA)
